Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the coffee or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to our roastery safely.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
